Financial Policy

 We accept certain plans from major dental insurers; please call the office to confirm whether you’re covered.

The fee you’re responsible for paying is determined by how much your employer plan covers. At the time of your treatment, you’ll be responsible for the co-pay as set by your insurer. If, for whatever reason, the insurance doesn’t pay the treatment fee in full, we will bill you the difference.
